Process
Double head blow molding is an enhanced manufacturing process as compared to the typical single head blow molding. It streamlines the process by performing tool-clamping as the product cools down at the same time. In the traditional process this is done in sequence and hence it becomes time wasting and is not very efficient. Double head blow molding doubles the productivity without sacrificing any quality level.
In order to meet specific product requirements in specific industries; (e.g. chemical industry, agricultural and medical industry), our double head blow molding machines can manufacture products from a single layer to 3-layers.
