Our fuel tanks products are mainly used in lawn & garden, automotive and motorcycle industry. The HDPE blow molding tank scored a high standard in static electricity resistance, impact resistance, corrosive resistance and high temperature tolerance. It is also light weight and flexible in shape forming.
We provide total solutions from product designs, tooling designs,bulk production, fluorination treatment, assembly and logistics arrangement. Our in-house fluorination process contributes a competitive pricing structure against majority vendors which need to out-source the services. We are also capable of designing and producing three or four-plate tools for blow molding.
Apart from plastic fuel tanks, we also produce pots, lawn and garden machinery ducts, chain sheath and other parts. Our sophisticated pots production also incorporate our patented blow molding manufacture process.
