3D Blow Molding


Manufacturing products with complex shape using blow molding process is always a challenge for factories. Extrusion blow molding process is commonly used in the industry but it leads to large amounts of flash on the product, huge energy consumption, low yield rate and poor product quality. To optimize the manufacturing process, we setup 3D blow molding machine to tackle the challenge.

The principle of 3D blow molding is to put the parison in a curved cavity. After clamping the tooling, the parison would be blown via compressed air and then cooled down. The advanced process greatly reduces flash and energy consumption while it increases productivity. It also provide flexibility on manufacturing products with complex shapes.
